CRM-20203-2022 By way of the present application, the applicant-petitioner prays for incorporation of Sections 467 and 468 IPC in the cause title as also in the prayer clause of the main petition, for the reason that such offence was added by the prosecution at a later stage than the ad interim bail granted to the petitioner by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 08.10.2021. Learned State counsel and learned counsel for the complainant, submit that they have no objection to the prayer made. Accordingly, the application is allowed. Registry is directed to incorporate Sections 467 and 468 IPC in the cause title as also in the prayer clause of the petition.
Main case:
Through the instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C., the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 58 dated 23.02.2021, MANGAL SINGH 2022.07.15 19:30 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment
registered under Sections 420, 120-B, 467 and 468 IPC, at Police Station B Division, District Amritsar.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the amount of Rs. 90,000/- i.e. 50 per cent of the due amount has already been paid by the petitioner to the complainant and there are two other co-accused in the present case.
This fact is not disputed by the learned counsel for the complainant.
Vide order dated 08.10.2021, ad interim anticipatory bail was granted to the petitioner.

! Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Bagicha Singh, submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is not required for any further investigation.
I have heard the learned counsel for the parties. In view of the above, while directing that the ad-interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 08.10.2021, be also considered to have been granted for the offence under Sections 467 and 468 IPC, added later on by the prosecution, the said order is hereby made absolute, subject to the conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. Allowed in the above terms.
