Dadwal, Advocate, for the complainant --- SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) The instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C., has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in FIR No.76 dated 4.5.2022, under Sections 326-B, 323, 506, 34 of the IPC, 1860, registered at Police Station Division No.6, District Police Commissionerate Jalandhar.

This Court vide order dated 7.5.2024, while issuing notice of motion, granted the concession of interim bail to the petitioners, subject to their joining the investigation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance to the order dated 7.5.2024, the petitioners have joined the investigation. 4.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from SI Narinder Mohan, does not controvert the said fact and further submits that custodial interrogation of the petitioners is not required. 5.

In view of the above, the order dated 7.5.2024 is made absolute. 6.
