PARAMJEET SINGH DHALIWAL, J. (ORAL) Instant writ petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India has been filed for quashing the order dated 17.09.2014 (Annexure P7) passed by respondent No.3 whereby application of the petitioners for grant of LPG distributorship has been rejected. Learned counsel for respondents No.2 and 3 states that in view of letter dated 25.02.2016 issued by Government of India, Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas, Shastri Bhawan, New Delhi, this petition has been rendered infructuous. Photocopy of letter dated 25.02.2016 is taken on record.
Disposed of as infructuous.
