Petitioners have prayed for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing orders dated 24.5.2000 (Annexure P7) & 29.1.2010 (Annexure P9) passed by Commissioner, Jalandhar Division, Jalandhar and Financial Commissioner, Revenue, Punjab, respectively. There is no ground to interfere with the impugned orders in view of recent judgment of the Apex Court reported as Singh Ram (D) through LRs. v. Sheo Ram & Others 2014(4) CCC 591 (SC). Dismissed.
