(ORAL) Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Gurmail Singh informs that all the accused involved in the FIR No.32 dated 25.04.2022 under Sections 451, 427, 506 and 149 IPC registered at Police Station, Tapa Mandi, District Barnala have been arrested except one and the investigation is complete and the final report under Section 173 CrPC is likely to be filed before the concerned Illaqa Magistrate within a week. 2.

Keeping in view the aforesaid position, the present petition has become infructuous. However, if any specific instance with regard to any threat to petitioner at the hands of private respondents is brought to the notice of police authorities, the police authorities shall look into the same and take necessary steps for the protection of the life and liberty of the petitioner. 3.

Disposed of accordingly.
