Service is waived, as Mr. Rahul Dev Singh, learned Deputy Advocate General, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of respondent No. 1, whereas, Mr. Deepak Balyan, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of respondents No. 2 and 3.

The petitioner seeks possession of a plot which according to her was allotted by virtue of a letter dated 18.11.2013 (Annexure P2). The allotment was made in favour of one Kumari Vibha Kakkar who allegedly transferred it to the petitioner. The said letter accepts the transfer. Thereafter, the petitioner had applied for possession of the plot by her representation/letter dated 13.04.2015 (Annexure P4). 2.

The respondents shall respond to the said representation. If the allotment is not to be made in the near future, the respondent shall inform the petitioner the reasons for the same. The respondents shall comply with this order by 30.11.2015.

The petition is accordingly disposed of.
