      **** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Prayer in this petition is to quash the orders dated 16.05.2016 and 27.05.2016.

At the outset, learned State counsel submits that the orders impugned herein have already been withdrawn and thus, the present petition has become infructuous. He further submits that the case of the petitioner will be decided afresh by the competent authority. Upon this, learned counsel for the petitioner submits the present petition pertains to the year 2016 and that, in case, the Department concerned intends to take a fresh decision on the case of the petitioner, the same be taken after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and within a stipulated time.

CWP-19015-2016 (O&M) -2In view of the above and in case the Department concerned intends to take a fresh decision, respondent No.1-Director Elementary Education, Haryana, is directed to decide the same, after giving an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order, as per law.
