(ORAL) At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh one with better and correct particulars. Ms. Jaspreet Kaur, Assistant Advocate General Punjab, has joined the proceedings on behalf of the respondent-State in pursuance of the copy of this petition having been sent to the respondent-State in advance and Mr. R.S.Chauhan, Advocate, has also joined the proceedings on behalf of the complainant and has forwarded his power of attorney to this Court through e-mail and the same is taken on the record. Learned State counsel as well as learned counsel for the complainant have no objection to the above-said prayer of learned counsel for the petitioners. Resultantly, the instant petition stands dismissed for having been withdrawn with the liberty afore-said.
