Jaswant Singh,J.(Oral) CM No.6659/2015 has been filed for bringing on record the legal representatives of respondents 4 and 5. It is stated that respondent no.4 died unmarried and issueless while respondent no.5 died leaving behind his two daughters as detailed in para 2 of the application. The application is supported by an affidavit of petitionerBhag Singh. For the reasons stated in the application, supported by the affidavit, the same is allowed subject to all just exceptions and legal representatives of respondents 4 and 5 are permitted to be brought on record for the purpose of pursuing present writ petition. CWP 20683/2014(O&M) Petitioners have filed the instant writ petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution for quashing the order dated 15.7.2014(P5) passed by Sub Divisional Magistrate-cum-Collector,Ludhiana (East) whereby khasra girdwari in respect of land allegedly owned by the petitioners has been ordered to be corrected in favour of respondent no.4, without issuing any notice to the petitioners. At the time of hearing learned counsel for the parties are agreed that in view of provisions of Section 13 of the Punjab Land Revenue Act,1887 appropriate remedy to seek the relief prayed for, would be filing of an appeal before the Commissioner concerned. Accordingly, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to seek the remedy aforesaid,to which counsel for respondents has no objection including question of limitation.

Resultantly the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
