HARINDER SINGH SIDHU, J Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.203 dated 17.09.2020 under Sections 458, 323, 324, 148, 149, 427, 120-B IPC ( Section 326 IPC added later on) registered at Police Station Canal Colony, District Bathinda.
Vide order dated 15.10.2020, this Court while granting the concession of interim anticipatory bail directed the petitioner to join investigation.
Learned State counsel on instructions from SI Satpal Singh states that the petitioner has joined the investigation and his custodial interrogation is no longer required.
In view of above, the petition is allowed. The order dated 15.10.2020 granting interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner, is made absolute. However, the petitioner shall join the investigation as and when called upon to do so by the Investigating Agency and shall abide by the conditions of Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
