The instant petition under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (corresponding to 439 Cr.P.C.) for grant of regular bail in FIR No.0273 dated 16.09.2025, registered at Police Station Ballabgarh Sadar, District Faridabad, Haryana, wherein the petitioner has been charged under Section 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 (also alternative charge under Section 64 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (corresponding to Section 376 IPC). 2.
