Learned Senior counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that no applicant who applied along with the petitioner was considered for appointment on deputation basis. The 1st respondent U.T., Chandigarh has appointed candidates who applied for post of tutor on direct recruitment basis. The petitioner has not ventilated his grievance in the present proceedings as regards the rejection of his candidature for appointment on direct recruitment basis.
In view thereof, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as not pressed giving liberty to the petitioner to file fresh original application, if so advised, challenging the recruitment made to fill up the post of tutor on direct recruitment basis by the 1st respondent.
