In the present writ petition, petitioner has challenged the order dated 28.04.2025 (Annexure P16) whereby, the representation dated 07.03.2025 (Annexure P13), submitted by the petitioner, against the order of transfer dated 30.01.2025 (Annexure P1) was considered and rejected. 2.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that in view of the order passed by this Court in CWP-7692-2025 on 19.03.2025, respondents were directed to consider and decide the representation dated 07.03.2025 after giving notice and opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. It is the case of learned counsel of the petitioner that before passing speaking order dated 28.04.2025 (Annexure P16), no notice or opportunity of hearing was given.

In the light of statement given by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents-State, petitioner does not want to press the present petition. He submits that a direction should be given to the respondent No.2 to consider and decide representation dated 07.03.2025 (Annexure P13), submitted by the petitioner, after giving notice and opportunity of hearing to the petitioner in a time bound manner. 6.

In view of the above and without commenting upon the merits of the case, this petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to respondents No.2 to consider and decide representation dated 07.03.2025 (Annexure P13) submitted by the petitioner afresh, after giving notice and opportunity hearing to the petitioner within a period of one month from today.
