Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.67 dated 13.04.2019 under Sections 406, 420, 464, 467, 468, 471, 473 and 474 IPC, registered at Police Station City Jagraon, District Ludhiana Rural. I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and have gone through the record.

The FIR in the present case has been got registered against the petitioner on the basis of application moved by Branch Manager, Allahabad Bank. As per allegations in the FIR, present petitioner Baldev Singh availed a KCC of `29,28,000/- by executing various documents including mortgage deed but he sold the mortgaged property by forging NOC by using fake signatures and stamps of the bank.

CRM No.M-29570 of 2019 -2present case and in view of the serious allegations against the petitioner, I find that petitioner is required for custodial interrogation and no ground is made out for grant of anticipatory bail to him. Therefore, finding no merit in the present petition, the same is dismissed.
