(Oral) The petitioner seeks a mandamus to direct the authorities of district Ambala to carry-out correction in the voter list of Ward No.1, Gram Panchayat, Ramgarh, Tehsil Barara, District Ambala by incorporating her name in the said voter list.

It is not in dispute that vide notification dated 08.09.2015, elections of Gram Panchayats in the State of Haryana have been announced and election process has started. In this view of the matter, we are not inclined to entertain the writ petition and dismiss the same with liberty to the petitioner to raise such a plea at an appropriate stage and before the appropriate forum.
