(ORAL) The present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing respondents No.1 to 4 to take an appropriate action against respondents No.5 to 7 for constructing the cremation ground on the land meant for play ground/ park that too within the residential area without any approval from the competent authorities and to shift the same to suitable place or the place where it is already situated. 2.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there are certain inadvertent errors in the instant writ petition, therefore he may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to the petitioners to file fresh one with better particulars on the same cause of action.
