RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition is for issuance of direction to the respondents authority to transfer/conferment of proprietary rights of the land in question in favour of petitioners in compliance and pursuant to Haryana Dholidar, Butimar, Bhondedar and Muqararidar (vesting of Proprietary Rights) Act, 2010.

Learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of this petition with liberty to the petitioners to avail alternative remedy, as available to them, under the law.

Allowed as prayed for.

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. However, it is made clear that if any alternative remedy is availed by the petitioner, then the period spent before this Court by the petitioner in pursuing this petition be taken into consideration as per Section 14 of the Limitation Act.
