The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking setting aside of order dated 08.11.2017 (Annexure P-7) whereby Industrial Tribunal has answered the reference in favour of the workman.

There is no representation of respondent since 2018. By even dated order, the connected petitions have been disposed of, thus, this Court finds it appropriate to dispose of the instant petition in the same terms instead of keeping the matter in abeyance.

Disposed of in terms of even dated order passed in CWP No.10543 of 2017.

Pending miscellaneous application (s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.

The workman is at liberty to move an appropriate application, if cause survives.
