Present petition has been filed under Section 438 CR.P.C seeking anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No.29 dated 27.03.2020 under Sections 307/148/149 IPC and 25/27/45/59 of Arms Act, 1959 registered at Police Station Khilchian, Police District Amritsar Rural, District Amritsar.

Vide order dated 04.11.2020, this Court while granting the concession of interim anticipatory bail directed the petitioner to join investigation.

Learned State counsel submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation.

In view of the above, the petition is allowed. The order dated 04.11.2020 granting interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner, is made absolute. However, the petitioner shall join the investigation as and when called upon to do so by the Investigating Agency and shall abide by the conditions of Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
