The petitioner incarcerated in the FIR captioned above came before this Court under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, [BNSS], seeking regular bail.

Counsel for the State submits that two petitions have been filed by the petitioner through different counsel for similar relief and as such, only one petition is maintainable and second is replica of first one. 3.

Given the submission of State's counsel, the present petition is disposed of, as this petition was filed after filing of the other petition i.e. CRM-M-4684-2025.
