Custody certificate has been filed by the learned State counsel, which is taken on record.

Before the learned counsel for the petitioner could open his arguments, learned State counsel had informed this Court that all the prosecution witnesses have been examined in this case. 4.

In view of the statement suffered by the learned State counsel, learned counsel for the petitioner do not press the instant petition, at this stage.
