The petitioner has approached this Court under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking quashing of impugned orders dated 22.04.2016 (Annexures P-16 and P-18) passed by the Debts Recovery Tribunal-II, Delhi.

It is not disputed that the orders under challenge are appealable under Section 18 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (SARFAESI). 3.

In such a situation, after arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be allowed to withdraw the instant petition, with liberty to the petitioner to avail the alternative remedy of appeal.

Dismissed as withdrawn. It shall, however, be open to the petitioner to take recourse to the remedies, as may be available to him, in accordance with law.
