* * * * S.J. VAZIFDAR, A.C.J. (ORAL) The petitioner has challenged a notice dated 22.08.2015 (Annexure P10) calling upon him to show cause why the allocation of a flat to him ought not to be cancelled and the registration in respect thereof be not cancelled as well.

The petitioner has responded to the show cause notice. We see no reason to interfere at this stage. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the order.

In the event of the order being adverse to the petitioner, the same shall not be enforced for a period of four weeks after the service thereof upon the petitioner.
