***** Rajan Gupta, J. (Oral) Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Kashmir Lal, submits that all prosecution witnesses have been examined. Trial is likely to culminate soon. Petitioner remains unrepresented. Similar was the situation on the last two dates of hearing.

Prayer in the writ petition is for providing adequate security to the petitioners who had to depose in the case. According to the State counsel, necessary measures have already been taken. In view of above, no further direction is necessary. Petition is hereby disposed of. State shall, however, file a status report regarding the progress of the trial with the registry within six weeks from today.
