Prayer made in the present petition is for grant of first ACP scale of Rs.5000-7850, a request thereof was previously not acceded to. 2.

Learned State counsel had stated, as recorded in the order dated 12.09.2018 that present petition has been rendered infructuous as benefits of ACP in technical scales in compliance of the instructions dated 27.08.2014 and 19.09.2014 has been paid to the petitioners. Thereafter, even a short affidavit dated 16.10.2018 had been filed by Ram Kumar, General Manager, Haryana Roadways, affirming grant of the said benefit by appending Annexure R-1, wherein details thereof are contained. 3.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
