The petitioners are always at liberty to apply to seek a settlement regarding their application for alternative plots with the respondents. It is for the respondents and the petitioners to consider whether the settlement ought to be entered into or not. Whether the petitioners are entitled to relief(s) similar to those contained in Annexure P-3 is a different matter altogether. 3.
