AMIT RAWAL J. (Oral) Grievance of petitioner is that department without assigning any reason has withdrawn the current duty charge. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that case of promotion has also not been considered as owing to malice has issued charge sheet and for that independent writ petition has been filed. I am afraid the aforementioned argument is not sustainable, for, a person does not have any lien and right for holding the current duty charge. It is only as interim measure given by the position and cannot be manned by un-authorized person.

No ground for interference is made out in the impugned order. Dismissed.
