NIDHI GUPTA, J. (ORAL) Challenge in the present revision petition is to order dated 24.08.2021 passed by learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Panchkula in case MNT/97/2020 instituted on 19.10.2020 titled as 'Kiran vs. Avinash' whereby the petitioner-husband has been directed to pay interim maintenance of Rs.4,000/- p.m. to the respondent-wife from the date of filing application.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition has been rendered infructuous and the same may be disposed of as the matter stands compromised between the parties. Ordered accordingly.
