(Oral) As an out of Court settlement, the petitioner has paid a demand draft of Rs.25,000/- favouring the complainant without prejudice to his right of defence only towards the medical expenses and the same has been accepted by counsel for the complainant. In view of the above, the order dated 20.10.2022, granting interim bail to the petitioner, noticing the fact that the custody of the petitioner was about 02 years at the time when the interim bail was granted, the same is confirmed.

Disposed of accordingly.
