This is a petition under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondents for violation of the order dated 04.09.2009 passed in CWP-9684-2009 and order dated 06.09.2010 passed in LPA-1093-2010.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that orders have since been complied with and hence he does not wish to press the present contempt petition.

In view of the above, the present contempt petition is dismissed as not pressed. Rule stands discharged. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
