Petitioner has sought a writ in the nature of mandamus to direct the respondents to vacate passage no. 44 in village Mohar Sona or to provide alternate passage for the petitioner to reach his fields. At the outset Mr. Sethi, learned State counsel submits matter shall be looked into by the Deputy Commissioner and appropriate steps shall be taken keeping in view the plea of the petitioner and prevailing circumstances. Learned counsel appearing for UOI submits that BSF shall cooperate with the Deputy Commissioner in resolving the matter. In view of above, no further direction is necessary. Disposed of. Needful be done at the earliest preferably within a period of three months.
