By way of present writ petition, prayer has been made for issuance of direction to respondents No.1 & 2 to deposit the amount of compensation as determined by the learned Arbitrator on the application of petitioner preferred under Section 3-G (5) in Arbitration Case MA-158 of 2015 decided on 02.08.2023 (Annexure P-1), as per provisions of Section 3-H (5) & Section 3-H (6) of the National Highways Act, 1956. 2.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition.
