SUVIR SEHGAL J., (Oral) The petitioners have filed the petition seeking a writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondent No.2 to grant marks to them in view of the decision of Expert Committee constituted in pursuance to the order dated 06.10.2015 passed by this Court in LPA No.1064 of 2015 titled as 'State of Punjab and another Vs. Kulwinder Kaur and others'. In response filed by respondents No.1 and 2, it has been submitted by the State that result of the petitioners has been revised and certificate of revised result has also been issued to them. According to the learned State counsel, writ petition has become infructuous. Dismissed as having been rendered infructuous since the relief sought by the petitioners has already been granted to them.
