The prayer in the present petition is for considering and appointing the petitioner to the post of S.S.Mistress against the seats reserved for Scheduled Castes (Majhbi/Balmiki) category. Perusal of the paper-book and the representation would go on to show that the advertisement was issued on 7.5.2011. The requirement was passing of the Teachers' Eligibility Test. Admittedly, the petitioner only qualified the test on a subsequent date on 3.7.2011. In such circumstances, as the requisite qualification was acquired after the date of advertisement, therefore, no direction can be issued to the respondents and the present petition is dismissed, in limine.
