Prayer in this petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in FIR No.66 dated 22.03.2018 registered under Sections 302, 307, 34 IPC (Section 120-B, 379-B, 216, 109 IPC added later on) and Section 25 of Arms Act at Police Station Barauda, District Sonipat. 2.

Custody certificate filed by learned State counsel is taken on record, as per which, the petitioner is behind bars for 4 years, 9 months and 12 days and involved in 11 more cases.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition at this stage and for issuance of a direction to the trial Court to decide the case in a time bound manner.
