The petitioner, feeling aggrieved against the action of the respondents till declaring the technical bid as non-responsive, has approached this Court by way of filing the instant writ petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the order and the corrigendum dated 09.09.2016 (Annexures P-4 & P-6 respectively). 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has already filed a representation dated 09.09.2016 (Annexure P-5) for impugning the action taken by respondent No.4 for rejecting his technical bid but no action has so far been taken thereon. 3.
