The present petition has been filed for issuance of directions to the official respondents to give at least 15 days' prior notice to the petitioner before making his arrest in case bearing FIR No.543 dated 11.07.2021, registered under Sections 427, 447, 506 and 511 IPC, at Police Station City Yamuna Nagar.

Copy of reply dated 18.01.2022, by way of affidavit of the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Yamuna Nagar, filed in the Registry, is taken on record.

At the outset, learned State counsel submits that in the present case, challan was presented on 14.03.2022.

Keeping in view the fact that challan has been presented in the above noted FIR, the present petition has become infructuous. Dismissed as having become infructuous.
