******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioners in case FIR No.98 dated 29.05.2017 registered for offences punishable under Sections 306, 447, 116 and 511 of Indian Penal Code, at Police Station Nehianwala, District Bathinda.

Heard.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Sukhwinder Singh submits that petitioners have joined the investigation. Challan against them was filed in Court and the case was committed to Court of Sessions on 31.08.2019.

Keeping in view above facts, custodial interrogation of petitioners is no more required after presentation of challan. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, this petition is allowed and order dated 16.07.2019 is made absolute, subject to the following terms:- JITENDER KUMAR 2019.10.23 15:02 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh

CRM-M-29709 of 2019 -2- (i) that the petitioners shall keep on appearing before trial Court regularly;

(ii) that the petitioners shall not, directly or indirectly, make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the accusation against them so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer;

(iii) that the petitioners shall not leave India without the prior permission of the Court.

(iv) They shall furnish regular bail bond and surety bond as per orders of trial Court.
