ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) The petitioner alleges violation of the order dated 05.02.2020, vide which the interim order was granted in terms of CWP No.6192 of 2019.
In the aforesaid writ petition, the petitioners were allowed to continue to work as per the directions given in CWP No.26077 of 2018. In the said writ petition, a direction was issued that in terms of an earlier order Menka & Ors. vs State of Haryana & Ors., dated 05.05.2016, the respondents will consider the retention of the petitioner as per the guidelines dated 13.07.2018.
Counsel for the State, on the basis of the affidavit of the Principal, Government College for Women, Gurawara, Rewari, submits that on the request of the petitioner, she has been adjusted in the Government College for Women, Rewari.
Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous.
