(THROUGH VIDEO CONFERENCING) **** JASJIT SINGH BEDI , J.(ORAL ) The prayer in the present petition under section 528 of BNSS, 2023 is for quashing of the complaint case bearing Complaint No.NACT 450 of 2017 under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 (Annexure P-1) and order dated 10.07.2017 vide which the petitioner is declared proclaimed person/absconder (Annexure P-2) and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of a settlement/agreement dated 10.09.2019 (Annexure P-3). 2.

A perusal of the record would reveal that though a compromise has been arrived at, the complaint has yet not been withdrawn. Therefore, the present petition is disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court once again seeking quashing of the impugned order when and if the said complaint is withdrawn. 3.

All the pending miscellaneous applications, if any, stand disposed of.
