Without going into the merits of the case, present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to decide the legal notice (Annexure P-6) by giving the basis, documents and head-wise details with regard to fixation of final cost of flats in question. Needful shall be done within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
