Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that the draw of lots was held on 16.07.2025 and that the petitioner herein was successful and was allotted plot No.865-A, Sector-57, Gurugram. 2.
Learned counsel for the respondents has also filed a compliance report by way of an affidavit dated 16.07.2025 of Anupma Malik, Estate Officer-II, HSVP, Gurugram today in Court, which is taken on record. Registry to scan and tag the same at an appropriate place. It has been stated in the affidavit as well that in the draw of lots held on 16.07.2025 the petitioner herein was successful and was allotted plot No.865-A, Sector-57, Gurugram. It has further been stated in the affidavit that the allotment letter will be issued immediately after submission and verification of the requisite documents by the petitioner.
