**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) CM-5121-CWP-2023 This is an application for placing on record the additional affidavit of the petitioner along with annexures. With no objection from the learned counsel opposite, the present application is allowed.

Additional affidavit of the applicant-petitioner along with the annexures is taken on record, subject to all just exceptions. Registry is directed to tag the same at an appropriate place. CWP-13908-2018 Prayer in this petition is for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the officials of respondents No.1 to 3 to put into practice order dated 03.08.2016 (Annexure P-6) passed by respondent AMAN JAIN 2023.03.23 17:15 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CWP-13908-2018 (O&M) -2No.3, vide which the petitioner was promoted to the post of Programmer, Government Polythenic Education Society, Uttawar. At the outset, learned State counsel submits that during the pendency of the present petition, vide order dated 08.08.2019 passed by the Chairman, Board of Governors,-cum-Principal Secretary, Government of Haryana, the petitioner has been promoted to the post of Programmer of GPES, Uttawar in the FPL-9 (pre-revised pay scale in PB-II 930034800 + 5400), in view of the Haryana Technical Education (Group-B) Service Rules, 2001, with immediate effect. He, thus, submits that the grievance of the petitioner has duly been redressed. Upon this, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not satisfied with the passing of the order dated 08.08.

2019 (Annexure R/2) and that he intends to challenge the same. I have heard the learned counsel for the parties. Without commenting anything on the merits of the case, the present petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 08.08.2019 (Annexure R/2), if so advised. 21.03.
