* * * * S.J. VAZIFDAR, C.J. (ORAL) The petitioner in effect seeks an order to enforce an order and judgement dated 11.11.2014 passed by a Division Bench of this Court in a group of writ petitions one of which was filed by the IMT Industrial Association and others of which the petitioner claims to be a member. The petitioner has addressed several letters to the respondents seeking the monetary benefit which according to it accrues in its favour also by virtue of the said judgement. At this stage, it is not possible to ascertain why the respondents have not paid the amounts demanded by the petitioner. The respondents must first respond to the petitioner's demand. The petitioner's remedy is to adopt appropriate proceedings including contempt proceedings for the enforcement of the order.
