(Oral) Prayer in the present petition is for issuance of a writ especially in the nature of Habeas Corpus for the release of detenue namely, Kulwant Kaur, who is in the illegal custody of respondents No.4 to 8. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite protection granted by this Court vide order dated 20.05.2022 passed in CRWP-48762022, respondents No.4 to 8 have forcibly taken away Kulwant Kaur (detenue).

Notices served upon the official respondent through the State's counsel.

Learned State counsel is directed to produce the detenue namely, Kulwant Kaur as early as possible before the nearest Illaqa Magistrate, who shall interact with Kulwant Kaur and in case, deem appropriate record SONIKA 2022.08.05 17:48 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
