**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents to regularize the services of the petitioner from the date his juniors have been regularized and to release all the consequential benefits.
At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that all the arrears have already been granted to the petitioner and thus, the present petition has rendered infructuous.
Learned State counsel does not dispute the aforesaid fact. In view of the above, the present petition is rendered infructuous.
