(Oral) Though we would have relegated the petitioners to the alternative remedy in view of Article 243(O)(b) of the Constitution as election process for the Gram Panchayats election in Haryana stood notified on 08.09.2015. However, we are informed that keeping in view the subsequent developments, the State Government has decided to postpone the elections. The grievance of the petitioners against the voter list can thus be looked into meanwhile by the Sub Divisional Magistrate (Civil), Shahabad Markanda, District Kurukshetra.
