(Oral) At the very outset, learned State counsel on the basis of communication dated 16.12.2021 issued by Deputy Municipal Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Ambala City submits that an amount of Rs.44,000/- towards legal fee of the petitioner has been approved and the Corporation shall pay the same to the petitioner within 04 days i.e. upto 21.12.2021 positively. In view of statement made by learned State counsel, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition.
