**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J. (Oral) Petitioner seeks grant of anticipatory bail in his second attempt under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in case bearing FIR No.0151 dated 03.10.2017 under Section 22 of NDPS Act registered at Police Station Lambran, District Jalandhar Rural, for second default.
Earlier also, concession of anticipatory bail was granted to the petitioner vide order dated 13.08.2021 passed in CRM-M No.19119 of 2021 by appreciating the situation arising out of pandemic COVID-19.
This time, petitioner has again absented himself from the trial Court, resulting in cancellation of bail and forfeiture of bail bonds and surety bonds to the State.
