RAKESH KUMAR JAIN,J (ORAL) Challenge in this petition is to the order dated 16.9.2015 passed by the District Development and Panchayat Officer, Amritsar.

Learned counsel for the respondents-State has submitted that the said order may be set aside and the matter may be remanded to the said Authority for deciding the matter afresh.

At this stage, Sh. Gurminder Singh, Senior Advocate has submitted that he has no objection if the matter is re-heard and decided afresh but there is no right of the petitioner to hold the 'Cattle Fair'.

CWP No.20183 of 2015 #2# Be that as it may, order dated 16.9.2015 is set aside and the matter is remanded to the same Authority with a direction that he shall hear all the parties concerned much less the parties, who are appearing before this Court and take into consideration the objections raised by the respondents about the right of the petitioner to hold 'Cattle Fair' besides other issues, which may be argued before him. The Authority shall decide the issue raised before him by passing a speaking order in accordance with law.

Parties are directed to appear before the said Authority on 05.4.2016. Said Authority shall decide the lis before 25.4.2016.

Petition stands disposed of.
